What is deliberately not required
No certification, no licence, no sign-off, and no fee. The scope boundary, the crisis block and the referral routing do the safety work on every surface, and they do it whether or not anybody holds a certificate. Two sessions carry a facilitator note recommending suicide intervention training — it recommends, and does not restrict.
