Most caregiver sessions are about the person being cared for. This one is not. It is ninety minutes on your own state, on the grounds that you cannot regulate anyone from a dysregulated state — which is mechanical, not moral. The support network map is the page nobody expects: caregivers routinely have no name on it and do not notice until they are asked. Ninety minutes is not a caregiving course. Family Caregivers of BC and Powerful Tools for Caregivers are the rest of it.
The decks written for you
Mapped against the B.C. Peer Support StandardsEight core values, twenty-five competencies. Every deck is mapped against all twenty-five, and the mapping is a generated document rather than an assertion.
A written delivery standard15 core elements, each one written so a third person at the back of the room can mark it.
Two ISBN-registered books behind itEvery session traces to a numbered chapter and named workbook pages, and a build check fails if a heading drifts between the web and print versions.
No outcomes yet. No cohort has run.The measure is chosen and ready: the WHO-5 and the General Self-Efficacy Scale, first session and last, anonymous, and no individual is ever scored.
