What arrives
One short email a day for seven days — one per stage of the loop: Notice · Name · Ground · Narrow · Act · Connect · Recover. Each is a few minutes to read and one thing to try. On day seven it stops. There is no newsletter behind it.
What it is not
This inbox is not monitored, and it is not a crisis service. If you are not safe — now or at any point — please use one of these instead. They are free, open twenty-four hours, and you do not have to be in crisis to call.
- 9-8-8 — Canada's Suicide Crisis Helpline — call or text, 24 hours
- 911 — Emergency
- 1-800-668-6868 — Kids Help Phone — or text CONNECT to 686868, 24 hours
- 1-855-242-3310 — Hope for Wellness — Indigenous crisis support, 24 hours
Equipped With Agency is non-clinical peer support. It is not therapy, counselling or treatment, and nothing in these emails is medical advice.
It is not open yet
The seven emails are written and the course is not being sent. Canadian anti-spam law requires a real postal address in every message, and there is not one yet — so there is nothing here to sign up to, and nowhere for an address you typed to go.
Collecting email addresses for something that cannot be delivered would be the wrong way round. When the address exists this page gains a form and nothing else about it changes.
Everything the course teaches is already here, free and with no sign-up: start with what is hardest right now, or read the session handouts.
