Holding a room is the job, and the room is six to twelve people for ninety minutes. Below six the pair work collapses. Above twelve you cannot watch the room, and watching the room is the job. Everything needed to run one is here and free: the handbook, the session shape, the crisis procedure, the scope boundary. No certification, no licence, no sign-off, and no fee. Nobody has completed the facilitator pathway yet. One person delivers this series and he wrote it.
