The Team Protocol

Managing alone, when the urge to isolate is the signal to reach out.

We do this together.

The steps

  1. Identify your current team who can you call right now for emotional support, for practical help, and for honest perspective? Three categories, often three different people.
  2. Name any gap is there a category with nobody in it?
  3. Activate rather than isolate when the urge to manage alone is strongest, that is the signal to contact one person.
  4. Be specific in the request.
  5. Close the Loop for having reached out.

Where it comes from

Prefer it one step at a time? The same protocol as a guided runner in the app, which also keeps a private record if you want one.

This is one of the tools a seventeen-session series teaches, ninety minutes at a time, in a room of six to twelve people. It is peer-facilitated and free to host.
