The Nexus and Repair Protocol

This is important. We go slowly. Repair is part of strength.

The steps

  1. Nexus: stabilise the body first.
  2. Make it smaller. Stay connected.
  3. Use simple language. Delay meaning-making. Close the Loop.
  4. Repair: name what happened. Own your part.
  5. Name the impact. Commit to change.
  6. Ask what is needed. Reconnect.

Where it comes from

Prefer it one step at a time? The same protocol as a guided runner in the app, which also keeps a private record if you want one.

This is one of the tools a seventeen-session series teaches, ninety minutes at a time, in a room of six to twelve people. It is peer-facilitated and free to host.
