The short version
This site collects nothing at all. There are no forms, no accounts, no analytics, no cookies and no tracking of any kind, on any page. Nothing you do here is stored on your device either.
One page is permitted to collect an email address — the sign-up for the free Run the Loop course — and it is not doing so, because the course cannot be sent yet. The section below describes what would be stored if you signed up, so that it is on the record before anybody is asked for anything.
What would be stored, if you signed up
- email address
- date and time (UTC)
- the exact consent sentence shown
- the page it was given on
The consent record exists because Canadian anti-spam law puts the burden of proving consent on the sender. It is kept for as long as you are subscribed, and for a period afterwards so that the proof survives the unsubscribe.
What is never collected
No health information. No symptoms, no scores, no assessment results, no notes about you. None of that is gathered here, and there is nowhere on this site to enter it. That separation is deliberate: the workshop series' own outcome measure is anonymous and on paper, and it never comes near this website.
Stopping
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. It works immediately, it is valid for at least sixty days after any message, and no reason is asked for. If you would rather your record was deleted entirely rather than marked unsubscribed, email equippedwithagency@gmail.com and say so.
Who holds it
When the course opens, an email delivery provider will store the address in order to send it. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for anybody else's purposes, ever.
