Questions about the material you have just read, so you can find out what stayed. Nothing is scored, nothing is marked and nothing is stored. There is no pass mark, no certificate and no record — this is for you to notice what you have, and that is the whole design rather than a setting somebody could switch on.
How to get anything out of it
Answer before you look. Say it out loud or write it down, then open the answer. Reading a question and opening the disclosure feels like learning and is not — the effort of pulling something out of your own head is the part that makes it stick, and it only works if you actually attempt it first.
Getting one wrong is information, not a failure. The answer is the material's own words, so a wrong one tells you exactly which page to go back to.

The rest of the questions, on the pages they belong to
These are not here. They sit at the foot of the page for the thing they check, because somebody who has just read a protocol is exactly who should be asked whether it stayed.
Every worksheet
110 questions, on 55 of the 55 worksheets — at the foot of each one's own page. The blank reproducibles have none, because there is nothing in a blank page to have taken in.
